about religion and aspirin

Religion is like the aspirin: the cure for every disease in the world. Doesn't really do anything but, if you swallow it whole, it's a hell of a placebo. If, however, you don't swallow it right away and start rolling it around in your mouth, it just leaves a bitter taste after you spit it in disgust.
